- Baking sheet
- Large pot
- Casserole dish
- Cheese grater
Ingredients
- 2 medium heads Cauliflower
- Olive Oil
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- 6 oz Cream Cheese
- 4 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 tbsp Hot Sauce
- Black Pepper
Toppings
- ½ cup Walnuts, chopped
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- Parsley, chopped to garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees farenheit.
Roast the Cauliflower.
- Roughly chop cauliflower into chunks and place on a large baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil and mix to coat evenly.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
Make Cheese Sauce.
- In a large pot, heat almond milk, cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese together.
- Stir on low heat to gently melt the cheese.
Combine and bake
- Once all the cheese has melted, add in cauliflower chunks to the sauce and stir to combine. Add desired amount of black pepper.
- In a small bowl, combine the ingredients for the topping.
- Place cauliflower and cheese mixture into a casserole dish.
- Sprinkle with topping.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
