Jicama “Apples” with No Sugar Caramel Dip

  • 1 Potato Peeler
  • 1 Cutting knife and cutting board


  • 1 medium sized jicama  peeled and sliced into fries
  • 1 tbsp No sugar caramel dip, like Walden Farms Calorie Free Caramel Dip 
  • 3 tbsp Xylitol OPTIONAL
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon OPTIONAL


  • Peel the jicama first, then slice into "french fry" shape.
  • Optional: Toss the cut jicama in xylitol/cinnamon mixture
  • Dip in no-sugar caramel dip.
