- 1 Potato Peeler
- 1 Cutting knife and cutting board
- 1 medium sized jicama peeled and sliced into fries
- 1 tbsp No sugar caramel dip, like Walden Farms Calorie Free Caramel Dip
- 3 tbsp Xylitol OPTIONAL
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon OPTIONAL
- Peel the jicama first, then slice into "french fry" shape.
- Optional: Toss the cut jicama in xylitol/cinnamon mixture
- Dip in no-sugar caramel dip.
