Jicama “Apples” with Caramel Dip

  • Potato Peeler
  • Cutting knife and cutting board
  • 1 medium sized jicama ( peeled and sliced into fries)
  • 1 tbsp No sugar caramel dip, like Walden Farms Calorie Free Caramel Dip 
  • 3 tbsp Xylitol (OPTIONAL)
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon (OPTIONAL)
  1. Peel the jicama first, then slice into "french fry" shape.

  2. Optional: Toss the cut jicama in xylitol/cinnamon mixture

  3. Dip in no-sugar caramel dip.
