Jicama “Apples” with Caramel Dip

A crowd-favorite snack recommended by Dick, MCT2D Patient Advisory Board membe
- Potato Peeler
- Cutting knife and cutting board
- 1 medium sized jicama (Â peeled and sliced into fries)
- 1 tbsp No sugar caramel dip, like Walden Farms Calorie Free Caramel DipÂ
- 3 tbsp Xylitol (OPTIONAL)
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon (OPTIONAL)
Peel the jicama first, then slice into "french fry" shape.
Optional: Toss the cut jicama in xylitol/cinnamon mixture
Dip in no-sugar caramel dip.
